The Bucket Feature is for Liquor Control. It allows a Server to enter, for example, a shot of Alcohol on the Floor. Then the bartender has a "Credit" and can pour that drink. Most POS systems can not complete this action easily and accurately. Many operate with Work-Arounds such as zero priced items or use a Barcode Scanner that can cause headaches and errors.
